摘  要:以白木香[Aquiliaria sinensis(Lour.)Gilg]无菌苗为试验材料,研究不同激素对其愈伤组织诱导以及生长的影响。结果表明,适合白木香无菌苗诱导愈伤组织的外植体为茎段,适合诱导愈伤组织的6-BA浓度为1.0 mg/L。白木香愈伤组织在MS+0.1 mg/L 6-BA培养基中丛生芽的诱导效果最好;在MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA的培养基中继代培养后愈伤组织的增殖量最多;在MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA培养基中继代培养后愈伤组织的细胞活力最大。Using the aseptic seedling of Aquiliaria simemsis (Lour.) Gilg as materials,the effects of different hormones on induction and tissue culture of callus were studied.The results showed that the explant of aseptic seedling of Aquiliaria sinensis (Lour.) Gilg suitable to induce callus was stem.The appropriate concentration of 6-BA was 1.0 mg/L.Cespitose buds was best induced from callus of Aquiliaria sinensis (Lour.) Gilg in the medium MS+0.1 mg/L 6-BA.The proliferation reached its maximum after subcultured in the medium MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA.The cell viability reached its maximum after subcultured in the medium MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.1 mg/L NAA.
