摘　　要：学籍档案作为学校教学档案的一个重要组成部分,充分反映了学生在校期间学习、生活等方面的实际表现。成人教育相比于普通全日制学生教育来说有其特殊性,其学籍档案管理也有所区别。本文主要就当前成人教育档案管理进行实践与讨论。Enrollment files,as an important part of college teaching archives, fully reflect students＇ actual performance during the period of school study, life and other aspects. Compared with ordinary fulltime education, adult education has its particularity, including its enrollment files management. In this paper, the current files management in adult education is practiced and dis-cussed.
