摘 要:针对液压升降机构改制复杂和漏油等问题,通过试制双剪式升降器验证了机械式升降的可行性,同时发现了升降器研制的稳定性和起动力等关键问题。通过采用单剪结构和尺寸优化增大了传动角,通过采用滚轮减小了摩擦系数,通过采用焊接结构提高了框架的刚性。试验考核情况表明综合性能良好。Hydraulic lifting mechanism is difficult to remanufacture and is easy to spill. The feasibility of a mechanical lift is verified through trialing double scissor lifter, the structure of which is unstable and the starting force of which is too large. A single scissor lifter with optimized size is developed to aggrandize driving angle, with friction coefficient decreased by using idler wheels and with the frame rigidity enhanced through welding structure. Its good performance is proved by experiments and usage.
