摘　　要：目的 探讨高血压脑病的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 对26例高血压脑病患者的临床诊治效果进行分析。结果 行抢救治疗3-4 h症状明显改善或消失。结论 治疗原则是积极降低血压至适当水平,降低颅内压,改善脑循环,纠正各脏器功能障碍,治疗产生高血压的原发病。Objective The clinical features and treatment of the hypertensive encephalopathy are to be investigated. Methods The clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of 26 cases with hypertensive encephalopathy are analyzed. Results After salvage therapy for 3 -4 hours, the symptoms are improved significantly or disappeared. Conclusion The treatment principle is to positively reduce the blood pressure to the normal level and reduce the intracranial pressure. Then the cerebral circulation is improved with correcting the dysfunction of the organs to treat the primary diseases which cause the hwertension.
