摘　　要：对原有关于V法铸造和消失模铸造用砂的认识进行了重新解读,并对砂子粒度及其方面的认识做了适当修正。在此基础上,从铸造工艺和设备两个方面说明了V法铸造和消失模铸造共用干砂及其砂处理设备的可行性以及将会面临的问题。然后在以上分析的基础上,给出了V法铸造和消失模铸造共用干砂及砂处理设备的几种方案。并对每种方案的适用性和可操作性做了简要分析。This paper makes appropriate correction on the original understanding about sand in theV-process casting and the lost foam casting.The sand fineness as well as its understanding were corrected.The feasibility and problem of dry sand and sand processing equipment were showed from the point of casting process and equipment.Several schemes wer proposed and their applicability and operability were analyzed.
