摘  要:以乌东德水电站左岸导流隧洞进水口段衬砌施工为例,介绍了一种大型双曲面钢衬的设计及应用技术。利用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立了钢衬的整体有限元模型,并对其进行了静力学分析,计算结果显示钢衬的设计合理,刚度和强度均满足施工要求。同时,实际工程应用表明该设计能避免工序干涉,缩短了施工周期,节约了成本,可为类似工程提供有效借鉴。In view of the lining construction in inlet section of the left diversion tunnel of Wudongde Hydropower Station, the design and application of a large hyperbolic steel lining was introduced. The finite element model for analyzing the overall struc-ture of hyperbolic steel lining was established based on ANSYS. The static analysis results show that the stiffness and strength of steel lining meets the construction requirement. Furthermore, the practical engineering application indicates that the interference between different processes is avoided and the construction period is shortened, thus the costs are saved.
