摘 要:近年来,水质生物预警手段在多方面展示了其优势,并逐渐应用于水质安全预警工作中。梳理了应用发光菌、绿藻、大型溞和斑马鱼4种指示生物开展生物毒性预警的最新研究进展,重点介绍了4种指示生物的毒性实验成果,包括对具体毒性污染物的敏感性、响应时间、反应特征等,分析了每种指示生物在预警时间、预警污染物类型及预警阈值等方面的优劣。在此基础上,尝试建立了多种指示生物联合预警体系,以期为提高长江流域的水质安全监控和管理水平提供技术支撑。In recent years, the biological early-warning show its advantage in many ways and is gradually applied in water quality safety early-warning. On the basis of the latest research achievements of four indicator organisms ( photobacterium phos-phoreum, green algae, Daphnia magna, zebrafish) used in biological toxicity early-warning, the toxicity experiment results of sensitivity, response time and reaction characteristics of the organisms to toxic pollutants are introduced. The advantages and dis-advantages of different indicator organisms in the respects of early-warning time, early-warning pollutant type and early-warn-ing threshold are also discussed. And on this basis, we attempt to establish a joint water quality early-warning system based on multiple indicator organisms, in order to provide technical support for improving the level of water quality monitoring and manage-ment.
