摘　　要：加强入河排污口监督管理是实施最严格水资源管理制度的关键环节,也是法律赋予水行政主管部门的主要职责。介绍了江西省入河排污口监督管理现状,包括普查登记、设置审批和监测、设置验收及规范化管理等。指出了监督管理中存在的问题,如法规体系不健全、常规监测体系尚未建立、执法力度不够和管理工作不规范等。针对以上问题,从立法、经费支持和多部门协作等方面,提出了相应的对策和建议。To strengthen the monitoring and management of sewage outlets to the river is the key of the implementation of the most stringent water resources management system and the major responsibility of water resources administrations granted by the law. The situation of monitoring and management of sewage outlets to the river in Jiangxi Province is introduced, including census and registration, settings approval and monitoring, check-acceptance and standardized management, etc. . The problems in the monitoring and management are pointed out, such as imperfect laws and regulation system, imperfect regular monitoring system, insufficient law enforcement and non-standard management. Therefore, the correspondent countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of legislation, funds support and collaboration of different departments.
