美国旅游公路建设及管理对我国的启示

摘　　要：通过对旅游公路内涵的探讨和国外旅游公路发展现状的分析,为中国尚在起步中的旅游公路规划、建设和管理提供一定的参考和借鉴。采用文献梳理、田野调查和中外实证比较研究的方法,通过对美国旅游公路产生、发展以及演变的深入探究,总结了美国旅游公路评选的标准、特征及管理理念,为中国旅游公路的建设和管理提供新的思路。文章最后指出了中国旅游公路建设和管理应该努力的方向,并呼吁从国家层面出台旅游公路建设和管理的标准体系,以适应全民休闲时代对旅游公路的需求。The construction of tourism road becomes one of the main measurements of integrating local tourism resources and improving tourism attraction for local government in recent years.However,there are a lot of problems in the construction and administration of tourism road in China,such as theoretical incorrectness,standard loss,systematic distemperedness,etc.Therefore,based on the analysis of the concept of tourism highway and a thorough research of tourism highway in the USA,the paper aims to offer some suggestion and references for the construction and administration of tourism highway in China; furthermore,suggestions have been put forvard,that is,establishing national standard system of construction and administration of tourism highway in order to cater the growing needs for tourism highway in the leisure age.
