摘　　要：以新中国体育事业发展的历史事实为依据,以坚持和充分发挥"举国体制"在长期奋斗中形成的独特优势为基础,以中国体育事业的发展必须以更加自觉地认识、把握和运用"举国体制"的历史为准则,提出了当代中国体育事业的发展必须坚定"举国体制"的历史自信.With the new Chinese sports development historical facts as the basis,in order to adhere to and give full play to＂the unique advantage of the whole nation system＂formed in the long struggle for the foundation,to the development of sports in China must be more conscious awareness,understanding and application of＂whole nation system＂history as a criterion,put forward the development of sports under-takings contemporary China must firmly＂whole nation system＂historical confidence.
