摘　　要：为了更好地降低成纱棉结,分析了合理配棉的重要性。根据A186F型梳棉机的特点,从新型针布选配、机械基础工作及梳理元件的管理工作、合理配置工艺等几个方面详细讨论了梳棉机针布选配应注意的问题。指出:针布选配是保证良好梳棉的关键,建议推广新型针布,合理配置工艺,确保梳棉机"五锋一准",最大限度增强梳棉机的分梳能力,以降低纤维损伤;根据生产品种定点定向使用针布,并建立落后机台整改制度,以减少棉结波动。In order to reduce the thickness,analysis is done to the importance of cotton assorting.According to the feature of card A186 F,analysis is done to the card regarding the cautions in the card clothing selection with the aspects including new card clothing selection,mechanical work,the manegement of the carding element,proper configuration of the process.Conclusion is made that card clothing selection is of first importance.It is neceaasy to promote new card clothing,to properly configure the process so as to assure the ＂five sharpnesses and one straighness＂ for better carding capacity and less damage of fiber.It is also recommended to use card clothing in definite position and definite orientation with the establishment of the regulation of the troubled frames for less thinckness fluctuation.
