摘　　要：我国"三农"问题是政府一直关注的重点问题,解决"三农"问题的关键在于农村经济的平稳发展,而现代农村经济的发展又离不开农村金融的强有力的支持,特别是满足现阶段农村金融多层次及地域非均衡发展需求特点的农村合作金融组织的帮助尤为重要和突出。主要分析了当前我国农村合作金融组织发展过程中面临的问题,并对其深层次的原因进行了比较详尽的探讨,对我国农村合作金融组织的发展提出相应的对策建议。＂Agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ is an important issue which the government has been focused on. The key to solve this problem lies on the steady development of rural economy, and the development of modern rural economy can not run without the strong support of rural finance. In particular, the help of meeting the demand of rural cooperative financial organization with present rural finance＇s multi-level and regional unbalanced development characteristics of. This article mainly analyzes the current difficulties in the development of China＇s rural financial organization, discusses the deep reasons in detail, and puts forward some countermeasures on the development of China＇s rural financial organization.
