摘  要:在桶栽和人为控水条件下,于甘蔗伸长初期对ROC22、ROC16、桂糖29号、柳城05-136、粤糖00-236和福农39号6个品种(系)进行干旱胁迫,测定干旱胁迫前后甘蔗的农艺性状、生理指标、工艺品质以及产量,综合评价6个甘蔗品种(系)的抗旱性差异。结果表明,干旱胁迫下甘蔗叶片膜透性增大,丙二醛、脯氨酸等含量显著升高,而叶绿素、产量、纤维分等均有不同程度地下降;除桂糖29号和ROC22号外,其余四个甘蔗品种的蔗糖分也比对照低0.09-2.22个百分点。根据隶属函数分析结果,各品种(系)的抗旱能力由强到弱排序为:柳城05-136﹥粤糖00-236﹥ROC22﹥ROC16﹥桂糖29号﹥福农39号。Studied on drought resistance of six sugarcane varieties. ROC22, ROC16, GT29, Liueheng 05-136, YT00-236 and Funong39 were cultivated in pots and suffered the drought stress in early elongation, then contrasted the differences of agronomic characters, Physiologi- cal indexes, technological quality and yield. The membrane permeability, contents of MDA and proline in sugarcane leaves increased signifi- cantly under the drought stress, while chlorophyll, fiber content decreased in different levels. Except GT29 and ROC22, the sucrose content of other four varieties decreased in 0.09 - 2.22 percentage points compared with control. According to the analysis results of membership function, the drought resistance order of six varieties from strong to weak was:Liucheng05-136 〉 YT00-236 〉 ROC22 〉 BOC16 〉 GT29 〉 Funong39.
