摘 要:以‘北京13号’桃为材料,探讨了不同黄化程度叶片相关生理指标及矿质元素含量差异以及与黄化程度的关系。结果表明:chl和chla、chlb含量随着叶片黄化程度加剧均明显下降;叶片SOD活性随黄化程度加剧,呈下降-上升-再下降-再上升趋势变化,而叶片CAT活性与SOD活性变化趋势刚好相反;叶片POD活力、POD比活力随黄化程度加剧均下降。随黄化程度加剧,叶片全N、P、K、Zn含量均上升,Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn含量明显下降,N/Fe、P/Fe、Mg/Fe、Zn/Fe比值上升,Ca/Fe比值迅速下降,K/Fe和Mn/Fe比值在黄化初期上升,重度黄化时再下降。相关性分析表明,桃叶片叶绿素含量与叶片POD活力、POD比活力以及全Ca、Mg、Fe含量呈极显著正相关,与叶片全N、P、K、Zn含量呈显著负相关;叶片Fe含量与叶片全N、P、Zn含量呈显著负相关,与叶片全Ca、Mg、Mn含量呈显著正相关。' Beijing 13' peach was used as the material to discuss the differences of physiological indieators and mineral elements content re- lated with the different yellowing degree of leaves and their relation to the yellowing degree. The results showed that: the content of chlore- phyll and ehla, cldb significantly decreased with leaf efiolation degree increasing; Leaf SOD activity showed the down-up-down-up changing tendency with aggravation of the yellowing degree, leaf CAT and SOD activities showed the changing tendency of the reverse; Leaf POD vigor, POD specific vitality decreased with aggravation of the yellowing degree. With etiolation degree aggravated, the total N, P, K, zinc content of leaves increased, the total Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn content of leaves significantly decreased; The N/Fe, P/Fe, Mg/Fe, zinc/Fe ratio increased, and the Ca/Fe ratio decreased rapidly, the K/Fe and Mn/Fe ratio increased in the early stage of yellowing and decreased in the heavy yellowing. The results of correlation analysis showed that the chlorophyll content had signifieantly positive correlation with POD vigor, POD specific vitality and Ca, Mg, Fe content of leaves,and had significantly negative correhttion with the total N, P, K, zinc content of leaves ; The Fe content of leaves was correlated negatively with the total N, P, zinc content and positively with the total Ca, Mg, Mn content of leaves.
