摘  要:以辣椒“中椒12”品种为试材,研究了与播前启动肥配套的播后不同施肥种类、施肥浓度及施肥频率对辣椒幼苗生长发育及壮苗形成的影响,测定茎粗、全株干重等形态指标及叶绿素含量、根系活力等生理指标.结果表明,辣椒穴盘育苗播后灌溉施肥较优处理为:子叶平展至2片真叶平展时12-2-14、20-10-20 2种肥料交替使用,施肥浓度为50 mg/kg N;2片真叶平展至4片真叶平展时12-2-14、20-10-202种肥料交替施用,施肥浓度为100 mg/kg N;4片真叶平展至6片真叶平展时12-2-14、20-20-202种肥料交替施用,施肥浓度为150 mg/kg N,3个阶段施肥频率均为1次肥、1次水.辣椒幼苗表现为壮苗指数增加、叶绿素含量升高和根系活力增强,分别比其他处理提高了10.46%~10.92%、5.09%~15.81%、8.88%~9.46%.In this trial, taken pepper ' Zhongjiao No. 12' as tested materials, the effects of different types, concentrations and frequencies of fertilization after sowing on growth and strong seedlings formation were studied on the basis of adding start fertilizer, and the indexes of stem diameter, dry weight, chlorophyll content and root activity were determined. The result showed that a better treatment for irrigation and ferti- lization after sowing of pepper plug seedlings was that 12-2-14, 20-10-20 two fertilizers were applied ahenmtely with 50 mg/kg N from cotyledon to two true leaf flat, 12-2-14, 20-10-20 two fertilizers with 100 mg/kg N from two true leaf to four true leaf flat, 12-2-14, 20-20-20 two fertilizers with 150 mg/kg N from four true leaf to six true leaf fiat, and the frequency of fertilization was once fertilizer every once water. Strong index, chlorophyll content and root activity were 10.46 % - 10. 92 %, 5.09 % - 15.81% and 8.88 % -9.46 % higher than that in other treatments.
