颈激痛点松解手法治疗颈源性耳鸣疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨并论证颈激痛点松解手法治疗颈源性耳鸣的有效性。【方法】选取40例颈源性耳鸣患者行颈激痛点松解手法,采用《耳鸣严重程度分级评定标准》对患者治疗前后耳鸣严重程度进行评级,并评定其疗效。【结果】(1)在治疗1周、2周后和疗程结束时等不同时点,患者的耳鸣严重程度均有显著改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)经连续3周治疗后,40例患者中,痊愈10例(占25.0%),显效15例(占37.5%),有效11例(占27.5%),无效为4例(占10.0%),总有效率为90.0%。【结论】颈激痛点松解手法可有效地改善颈源性耳鸣症状。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of loosening manipulation on neck tenderness points for cervicogenie tinnitus . Methods Forty cervieogenic tinnitus patients were treated with loosening manipulation on neck tenderness points. Tinnitus grading was carried out before and after treatment by following Tinnitus Severity Grading Criteria for the evaluation of therapeutic effect. Results （1） Tinnitus was relieved after treatment for one week and 2 weeks, and at the end of treatment course （P〈0.05 compared with that before treatment）. （2） After treatment for 3 continuous weeks, the cure rate was 25.0% （10/40） , the markedly effective rate was 37.5% （15/40）, the effective rate was 27.5% （11/40）, the ineffective rate was 10.0% （4/40）, and the total effective rate was 90.0%. Conclusion Loosening manipulation on neck tenderness points is effective on relieving cervicogenic tinnitus.
