摘　　要：政府、社区治理结构、直选制度、公民文化是城市社区直选制度绩效的主要影响因子。全面梳理城市社区直选民主制度绩效的影响因子,并进行我国城市社区直接选举制度绩效提升的现实路径探索,对推进我国城市基层民主政治建设具有重要的实践意义。The main impact factors on direct-election institution performance of city community in China are government,community administering structure,direct election system,civic culture and so on.A comprehensive overview about these main effecting factors and the corresponding strategy inquiry are of great importance to the promotion of urban grass-roots democracy building in China
