摘　　要：职业体育道德,作为一种职业道德,其现实水平如何将影响到我国体育事业和社会经济的发展状况。在我国当前的职业体育领域,体育道德建设在取得成绩的同时,也存在诸如弄虚作假、言行暴力以及不法博彩等各种问题,这些问题的产生不一而足,是由主客观因素共同作用而产生的。为了稳步推进我国职业体育的道德建设,我们需要在人才培养、组织形态、机制建设以及舆论监督等方面采取切实有效的措施。Professional sports ethics , as a kind of professional ethics , the reality level affect the sports undertakings and the development of social economy in our country .In the current field of professional sports in our country , with the achievements of sports moral construction , there also exist such as fraud , words and deeds of violence and illegal gambling all sorts of problems .The generation of these problems is produced by both subjective and objective factors .In order to steadily promote the moral construction of professional sports in China , we need to take concrete and effective measures to change the actuality in talent cultivation , organization form , mechanism construction and supervision by public opinion .
