刺桐姬小蜂危害对刺桐次生物质的影响

摘　　要：刺桐姬小蜂为检疫性害虫,为了研究刺桐姬小蜂危害对刺桐次生物质的影响,对未受害、轻度受害、中度受害、重度受害4个受害程度的刺桐植株健康叶片的黄酮、单宁、总酚3种内含物含量进行了测定和比较。结果表明:受害刺桐黄酮、单宁、总酚均呈现升高趋势,受害程度越轻的升高越明显。重度受害的黄酮含量比未受害的略有升高,但是差异不显著;中度受害刺桐叶片黄酮含量极显著高于重度受害,轻度受害也极显著高于中度受害。不同受害程度刺桐叶片单宁、总酚含量的变化与黄酮相同。Quadrastichus erythrinae is a quarantine insect pest. In order to study the effects of the harm made by Quadras-tichus erythrinae on the contents of secondary metabolites of Erythrina indica, a detection and comparison were made on the contents of 3 inclusions, namely, flavonoids, tannins and total phenols in the healthy leaves of the plants of Erythrina indica with 4 different degrees of being harmed, namely, healthy, mildly harmed, moderately harmed and severely harmed. The re-sults showed that the contents of flavonoids, tannins and total phenols in the harmed Erythrina indica all rose when Erythri-na indica trees were harmed and the slighter the injure was the greater the contents raised. The content of flavonoids in severely harmed ones was slightly higher than that of the no harmed ones but the difference was not significant. The content of flavonoids in the leaves of moderately harmed Erythrina indica was significantly higher than that of the severely harmed ones and that of the slightly harmed ones was also significantly higher than that the moderately harmed ones. The situations of tannins and total phenols were similar to those of flavonoids.
