生物共振治疗系统对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨生物共振治疗系统对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘变应原检测的意义和临床疗效。方法:选取我院咳嗽变异性哮喘儿童92例,使用生物共振治疗仪进行变应原检测,随机分成3组,包括生物共振治疗组30例(生物共振组)、服用孟鲁司特钠组34例(白三烯组)、吸入丙酸氟替卡松组28例(吸入激素组)。结果:生物共振仪检测变应原阳性依次为尘螨、花粉、环境化学物、动物皮毛、杀虫剂、霉菌、细菌、木材/植物纤维等。3组治疗后的症状评分及肺功能检测较治疗前均有显著改善,生物共振组与白三烯组比较,症状评分及肺功能改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而吸入激素组优于生物共振组,症状评分及肺功能改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物共振治疗系统可作为儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘变应原检测的一种参考方法,近期疗效与单用白三烯调节剂相当,无明显不良反应,是治疗这类疾病的一种选择,但与吸入激素比较有差异,吸入激素仍为儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗的首选方案。Objective： To investigate the meaning and clinical efficacy of biological resonance therapy system for children with cough variant asthma. Methods： Ninety-two children with cough variant asthma detected with biological resonance therapy instrument for allergen. All children were randomly divided into three groups,including biological resonance therapy group（ n = 30）,montelukast sodium group（n = 34）,fluticasone propionate group（ n = 28）. Results： Biological resonance instrument detecting allergens are dust mites,pollen,environmental chemicals,animal fur,pesticides,mycete,bacterial,wood /plant fiber etc. The symptom scores and pulmonary functions tests of 3 groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment. There were no significant difference between the biological resonance therapy group and montelukast sodium group in scores and pulmonary function improvements of symptoms（P〉0. 05）. While fluticasone propionate group is better than the biological resonance therapy group,the difference was statistically significant improvement in symptoms scores and pulmonary functions（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Biological resonance therapy system can be used as children cough variant asthma allergen detection method of a kind of reference,the curative effect was close to leukotriene inhibitors using alone. There were no obvious adverse reactions in biological resonance treatment,supplying a new choice in the treatment of these diseases,but inhaled corticosteroids are still the preferred scheme treatment for children with cough variant asthma.
