黄芪颗粒在预防过敏性紫癜患儿肾损害中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪颗粒在预防过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿肾损害中的作用。方法:将96例HSP患儿随机分成治疗组48例和对照组48例,两组均予以维生素C、西咪替丁、芦丁片、葡萄糖酸钙和低分子肝素钠等综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用口服黄芪颗粒3个月。对两组患儿随访6个月,观察两组患儿症状消退时间,动态监测两组患儿尿常规、尿m-Alb和尿NAG酶的变化,分析两组患儿肾损害发生时间和发生率。结果:治疗后治疗组患儿症状消退时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月,不同时间点治疗组患儿尿常规异常例数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同时间点治疗组患儿尿m-Alb和尿NAG酶水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肾损害发生时间晚于对照组,发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪颗粒治疗HSP,能降低肾损害的发生率,改善HSP的预后,具有积极的临床意义。Objective： To investigate the role of Huangqi granule in the prevention of renal damage in children with Henoch-Schnlein Purpura（HSP）. Methods： Ninety-six children with HSP were randomly divided into treatment group（48 cases） and control group（48 cases）. Both groups were treated with vitamin C,cimetidine,rutin tablet,calcium gluconate and low-molecular-weight heparin sodium,in addition,the children in treatment group were treated with Huangqi granule for 3 months. Children in both groups were followed up for 6 months. The time of symptoms subsided,urine routines,m-Alb and urine NAG enzyme were observed. The time and incidence rate of renal damage in both group were analyzed. Results： The time of symptoms subsided of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）; cases with abnormal urine routines of the treatment group at different time were less than the control group during the followed-up,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the level of m-Alb and urine NAG enzyme of the treatment group at different time were less than the control group during the followed-up,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）; renal damage of treatment group occurred later than the control group,the ratio is lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Huangqi granule can effectively prevent HSP nephritis,it has significant curative effect.
