摘　　要：针对汽车纵梁液压机同步控制系统存在的不足,提出一种新的基于PLC的同步控制系统。着重介绍同步控制系统的设计原理及控制程序,并在多台纵梁液压机上成功应用。Aiming at the deficiencies of synchronous control system for truck side member hydraulic press, a new synchronous control system based on PLC has been put forward. The design principle and control procedures have been mainly introduced. The new system has been applied successfully in many sets of hydraulic press for truck side member.
