摘 要:本文系统地阐述研究者近期在压边圈研究方面已经取得的突破性研究成果,方便后来者详细了解这一领域的研究概况。同时,提出两种新型分区压边圈设计方案,即尼龙圈组合式压边圈和液体静压支撑柔性分区压边圈,借助Ansys Workbench14.5软件的Static Structure模块对前者进行了应力分布研究,前者实现了不同分区之间圆滑过渡,减少成形件表面划痕,提高表面质量。借助CFX+Transient Structure模块对后者进行双向流固耦合分析,后者实现了液体静压支撑压边和纯液体滑动摩擦,减小摩擦系数,提高最大拉深成形深度。The breakthrough achievement on research of blank holder has been introduced in the text, which helps the newcomers to understand the general situation of this filed. Meanwhile, the two segmental design proposals which are nylon combination and hydrostatic support flexible blank holder have been put forward. By use of Static Structure module of Ansys Workbench14.5 software, the stress distribution of the former proposal has been studied. Smooth transition between different partitions has been realized by the former proposal, which also reduces the surface scratches of processed workpiece and improves the surface quality. With aids of CFX+Transient Structure module, the two-way fluid solid coupling analysis of the latter proposal has been conducted. It is found that the hydrostatic support holder and fluid sliding friction have been achieved, the friction coefficient has been reduced and the max.drawing depth has been improved.
