铁皮石斛兰离体培养再生植株的研究

摘　　要：选用铁皮石斛兰组培苗为试验材料,以添加椰汁的MS培养基为基本培养基,研究在不同激素浓度配比条件下,对于铁皮石斛兰产生愈伤组织、诱导不定芽以及继代培养的影响,并优化铁皮石斛兰的再生条件,进而获得铁皮石斛兰离体茎尖高效扩繁再生体系。结果表明,以铁皮石斛兰的幼嫩茎尖作为试验材料,可达到高效繁殖的目的,诱导不定芽的最佳激素配比为2,4-D 0.5 mg/L和NAA 0.2 mg/L。Aseptic plantlets of Dendrobium officinale were selected as experimental materials to study the effect of different hormones and concentrations on callus, adventitious buds induction and subculture with MS medium added coconut milk as the basic medium. The regeneration conditions of Dendrobium ofifcinale were optimized in order to get the high efifcient regeneration system. The results showed that the regeneration ability of D. ofifcinale young shoot tip was signiifcantly higher than the other explants. The optimal hormone combination to induct callus was 2,4-D 0.5 mg/L and NAA 0.2 mg/L.
