摘　　要：2014年4月24日十二届人大常委会八次会议通过的《中华人民共和国环境保护法修订案》（以下简称『新《环保法》』），首次将环境与健康问题纳入调整范围，确立了我国的环境与健康保护制度，这对於应对环境污染引发的人群健康危害、稳定社会秩序、保障受害人权益具有重大意义。The Amendment to the Environmental Protection Law of the People＇s Republic of China （hereinafter referred to as the New Environmental Protection Law）, as adopted by the eighth session of the 12th Standing Committee of China＇s National People＇s Congress on April 24, 2014, for the first time includes the problem of environment and health into the scope of adjustment and establishes the system of environment and health protection.
