摘　　要：目的:探讨全面护理干预对重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿的影响。方法:将50例重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各25例,对照组实施常规护理措施,实验组在此基础上实施全面护理干预,比较两组临床护理效果及家属满意度。结果:实验组住院时间及焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),治愈率及家属满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对重症肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿实施全面护理干预,可有效提高临床护理效果和家属满意度。Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure. Methods：50 children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into the eXperimental group and the control group（25 cases in each group）. The routine nursing measures were taken in the control group;the comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally provided for the children in the eXperimental group. The clinical nursing effect and satisfaction of the patientsˊfamilies were compared between the two groups. Results：The hospitalization time and anXiety scores of the patients were shorter and lower in the eXperimental group than the control group（P〈0. 05）;the cure rate and satisfaction rate of the patientsˊfamilies were sig-nificantly higher in the eXperimental group than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Implementation of comprehensive nursing inter-vention can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect and the satisfaction rate of the patientsˊfamilies in the treatment of children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.
