大学新生的理想与学习适应关系研究

摘　　要：采用当代青少年理想问卷、成就动机量表对276名大学新生进行理想、成就动机与学习适应之间关系的调查。大学新生的理想对其学习适应有直接的正向预测作用。大学新生的避免失败动机在其理想与学习适应间不起中介作用,而追求成功动机在其理想与学习适应间起着部分中介作用。This paper is the result of a survey of 276 college freshers with a questionnaire on contempo-rary youth＇s ideals and an achievement motivation scale.It studies the relationships between the fresh-ers＇ideals and achievement motivation and their learning adaptability.The survey shows college fresh-ers as a whole have above-average level learning adaptability with boys at a higher level than girls, that the freshers＇ideals produce a direct positive prediction effect on their learning adaptability and that the pursuit of success motivation somewhat mediates between their ideals and learning adaptabili-ty while avoidance of failure motivation does not.
