上党梆子文化产业发展的困境及对策研究

摘　　要：随着时代的变迁,上党梆子自身发展面临着一些问题:专业剧团急剧减少,市场逐步萎缩;专业人才严重缺乏;收入投入严重不足;艺术产业链断缺;相关产业链开发滞后;缺乏市场营销理念等。课题组针对此现状,提出以下对策:抓好戏曲艺术创作;加强与专业院校的联系;重视与报刊、新闻发布、电视媒介的合作;注重地方戏曲艺术的市场管理策略;找准上党梆子非物质文化遗产保护与文化产业发展的契合点。Shangdang Bangzi is an ancient local opera art in Changzhi and Jincheng in China. With times changing, its development is faced with some problems： a sharp reduction in professional theater, gradual shrinking market, serious lack of professional personnel, serious shortage of investment, broken art industry chain, lagging related industrial chain, lack of marketing concepts, etc.To solve the problems, from the cultural industry perspective, this paper puts forward the following measures： creating the opera art, strengthening ties with professional institutions, attaching importance to the cooperation with media, valuing the market management strategy on local opera art, and identifying the meeting point of Shangdang Bangzi intangible cultural heritage protection and develoDment of cultural industries.
