摘　　要：承钢提钒钢轧一厂针对轧机轴承因润滑不畅造成在线异常烧损的问题,对油气分离器进行了优化、将油气管由高压金属胶管改为高压透明胶管、研制了三通管保证轧机紧急供油,提高了设备作业率和小时产量,取得了较好效果。To solve the problem of bearing burned caused by bad lubrication, the oil and air separator is opti- mized, the high - pressure metal rubber hose is substituted with high - pressure transparent rubber hose for oil and air pipe, three - way pipe is developed to guarantee oil feeding for mill in emergency. With those the operating rate and output per hour are all raised, good effect got.
