摘  要:目的通过检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期、缓解期患者以及健康无COPD者外周血中Chemerin和高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的浓度变化,探讨Chemerin与COPD的关系。方法研究以我院住院的COPD急性发作期(AECOPD)、缓解期患者与健康体检者作为研究对象,应用EILSA法检测3组研究对象不同时段外周血中Chemerin和hsCRP的浓度变化。结果 AECOPD患者外周血中Chemerin浓度和hsCRP浓度明显高于COPD缓解期患者和正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,Chemerin浓度变化与hsCRP浓度呈正相关。结论 Chemerin可能参与AECOPD患者的炎症反应过程。Objective To investigate the relationship between Chemerin and COPD through the comparison of Chemerin levels in the peripheral blood of patients with AECOPD, remission stage of COPD, and in the healthy man. Methods Fifty patients with acute exacerbation or remission stage of COPD and another 50 healthy people were admitted into the study. The Chemerin levels in the peripheral blood were detected by ELISA. Results The Chemerin levels were higher in patients with AECOPD than that in patients with remission stage of COPD (P 〈 0.001 ) ; However, there were no differences in the Chemerin levels between patients with remission stage COPD and the healthy persons ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion the Chemerin plays an important role in the pathogenesis of AECOPD, possibly by means of the involvement in the inflammation.
