摘 要:选用NaF,CaF2,CaSO4·2H2O,Ca3(PO4)24种化合物作为掺杂剂,研究阴离子掺杂对硅酸盐水泥熟料烧成的影响。通过X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜和甘油乙醇法分析了1 250℃和1 350℃下煅烧熟料的矿物组成、形貌以及游离氧化钙含量。结果表明:NaF,CaF2对生料易烧性有显著的促进作用,可以降低烧成温度约100℃,可作为有效改善熟料烧成的矿化剂,其中CaF2比NaF效果更为明显;Ca3(PO4)2在高温下能明显促进熟料矿物的形成,能形成大量C3S的最佳掺杂含量约1%;单独掺CaSO4对生料易烧性无明显作用,但可提高液相的生成量,降低液相粘度。Effects of anion doping on clinker sintering of silicate cement were investigated using NaF,CaF2,CaSO4·2H2O,Ca3( PO4)2as compound dopants. The mineral phase structure,morphology and free lime content of clinker sintered at 1 250 ℃ and 1 350 ℃ were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and glycerin-ethanol method,respectively. The results show that NaF,CaF2 as effective mineralizers facilitating clinker sintering,especially for CaF2,can significantly improve the burnability of cement raw meal and decrease sintering temperature by about 100 ℃. Ca3( PO4)2can evidently promote the formation of clinker minerals sintered at elevated temperature and its optimal doping content approximates 1%. Singly doping CaSO4 will give rise to liquid-phase yield and decrease its viscosity despite of the limited effects on burnability of cement raw meal.
