摘　　要：目的:探索丙戊酸定标液的配制与标定方法,最大限度地降低血药浓度监测成本。方法:丙戊酸钠标准品经过溶解、稀释、定量等步骤得到丙戊酸定标液,并与进口定标液作比较。结果:配制的丙戊酸定标液用于血药浓度监测时,与美国进口试剂无显著差异。结论:自配的丙戊酸定标液可替代进口试剂使用。Objective：To explore the method of preparation and calibration for the valproic acid calibrators,thus reduce the costs of therapeutic drug monitoring as far as we can. Methods： After the dissolution,dilution and quantification with sodium valproate standard substance,the valproic acid calibrators was obtained.Then a contrast was made between the reagent just prepared and the import. Results： There was no significant differences between the reagent prepared and the import when it was used for therapeutic drug monitoring. Conclusions：The sutogamy valproic acid calibrators can be a replacement for the imported reagent.
