摘　　要：目的:观察使用海肤康护创指套治疗创伤性手指指腹缺损的效果。方法:处理指腹皮肤缺损创面后,使用海肤康指套套入伤指,包扎创面,之后更换辅料。结果:38例患指经治疗后全部愈合,外形美观,活动功能好。结论:海肤康指套治疗创伤性指腹缺损效果良好,部分替代了游离皮瓣和断指再植治疗。Objective：To observe the use of haifukang retaining a finger for the treatment of traumatic finger pulp defect effect. Processing method of finger skin defect wound, the use of hyphecan cap is sheathed in the wound, wound dressing, after replacing the accessories. Results of the 38 patients with finger healed, after treatment, beautiful appearance, good function. Conclusion hyphecan cap for the treatment of traumatic finger pulp defect effect is good, partial replacement of the free skin flap and replantation treatment.
