蒙药耧斗菜总生物碱的测定及提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:研究蒙药耧斗菜中总生物碱的含量及提取工艺条件。方法:采用有机溶剂提取法用不同乙醇浓度、不同提取条件对耧斗菜总生物碱进行提取,含量测定采用分光光度法。结果:耧斗菜总生物碱含量较高,1g耧斗菜干粉中提取到的总生物碱含量为0.155mg,其总生物碱提取率为0.016%。提取最佳乙醇浓度为80%,固液比为1∶25,提取温度为60℃,浸提时间为60min。结论:蒙药耧斗菜在总生物碱提取开发利用方面有较好的应用前景。To Study the optimum extraction conditions and content determination of total alkaloids in Aquilegia viridiflora. Extract the total alkaloids by organic solvent extraction method, with different ethanol concentration and different extraction conditions .Content determination by spectrophotometry . The content of total alkaloids was higher, lg Aquilegia have 0.155mg alkaloid, the extraction rate of the total alkaloids was 0.016%. the optimum condition was as follows： ethanol concentration 80%, solid-to-liquid ratio of 1：25, 60℃ for 60 minutes.
