热熔胶机高速补偿系统的研究

摘　　要：随着生产线速度的逐步提高,原先在低生产速度时不被显现的热熔胶机的施胶位移、施胶长度变化等问题成为影响设备提速的主要障碍.高速断胶补偿装置采用绝对值修正法,可根据生产线实时速度实现施胶量、施胶位置、施胶长度的自动补偿调节,以解决高速生产时的施胶错位问题.In recent years,with the gradual increase of the production line speed,sizing displacement,sizing length change and other issues of hot melt adhesive achinme become the main impediment to equipment to speed up,but those don＇t originally appear in low production speed.In order to solve the problem of sizing dislocation of high-speed production,high-speed glue compensation device uses absolute value correction method,according to the real-time speed of the production line to realize automatic compensation adjustment of the sizing,sizing position,sizing length.
