摘 要:通过筛选复硝酚钠最适浸种浓度,探讨复硝酚钠对缓解决明子重金属胁迫的影响.结果表明:复硝酚钠对决明子发芽、幼苗株高和干重,表现为"低促高抑"效应,尤以浓度为2㎎/L浸种效果最好.随Pb、Cu和Zn浓度升高,决明子发芽率、幼苗株高和干重逐渐降低,复硝酚钠浸种可缓解低浓度重金属对发芽率、苗高和干重的胁迫,但会加剧高浓度重金属胁迫.复硝酚钠缓解Cu和Zn对发芽率、株高和干重胁迫效果好于Pb.The effect of soaking with Sodium Nitrophenolate on seed germination percentage and seedling growth of Cassia obtusifolia L.under heavy metal stress was studied.The results were as follows: the low-concentration of sodium nitrophenolate could improve the seed germination percentage,increase seedling height and dry weight of Cassia obtusifolia L.,but the high-concentration could inhibit the germination percentage,reduce seedling height and dry weight.Especially,the concentration of 2 mg /L sodium nitrophenolate was the best.The germination percentage,seedling height and dry weight of Cassia obtusifolia L.decreased with the elevation of Pb,Cu and Zn concentration.Soaking with sodium nitrophenolate could minimize the impact of germination percentage,seedling height and dry weigh under the low-concentration of Pb,Cu and Zn stress.but aggravate the impact under the high concentrations of heavy metal stress.The effect of Soaking with sodium nitrophenolate on the seed germination percentage,seedling height and dry weight of Cassia obtusifoliaL.under Cu and Zn stress was better than Pb.
