摘　　要：目的探析无缝隙式护理对妇科患者康复情况的影响。方法选自2012年12月~2013年12月内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的108例住院患者,按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组54例患者予以常规护理,研究组54例患者予以无缝隙式护理,分析两组患者的治疗效果及心理状态。结果研究组患者住院时间、排气时间及下地活动时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;研究组患者护理后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分[（37.78±3.67）、（34.38±4.67）分]明显低于对照组[（45.03±4.93）、（42.53±4.79）分],差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;研究组患者护理后生活质量情况中各因子均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论无缝隙式护理对妇科患者康复情况的影响作用明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of seamless nursing on gynecological patients. Methods The data of 108 cases of hospitalized patients were selected from December 2012 to December 2013 in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University. These were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 54 patients were treat-ed with routine nursing care, 54 patients of study group were treated with seamless nursing mode, the effect of two groups of the treatment on the patients and psychological state were analyzed. Results The hospitalization time, exhaust time and down time of study group patients were shorter than the control group, there were statistically significant dif-ferent （all P〈 0.05）; SAS and SDS score of the study group patients [（37.78±3.67）, （34.38±4.67） scores] were signifi-cantly lower than the control group [（45.03±4.93）, （42.53±4.79） scores], there were statistically significant different （all P〈 0.05）; quality of life for every factor of the study group were significantly better than the control group, there were statistically significant different （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Seamless nursing effect on gynecological patients has obvi-ous effect, it is worthy of clinical application.
