摘  要:近年来油田采用螺杆泵配套同轴双空心抽油杆冷采特稠油取得了成功,但因同轴双空心抽油杆直径增大,加热后其伸长量增加,因此凭经验进行防冲距调整。为此,建立同轴双空心抽油杆"协同"螺杆泵井防冲距调整的数学模型,通过单点打靶法采用VB6.0编写计算程序对防冲距的长度进行优化,计算防冲距的调整长度。实践证明,该方法对同轴双空心抽油杆配套螺杆泵防冲距的提升简单、准确,避免了卡泵现象的发生,提高了螺杆泵井的一次作业成功率和生产时效。Recently, the use of the coaxial double hollow sucker rod "collaborative" saew pump with the normal exploitation of heavy oil resevoir has made successful progress. But the coaxial double hollow sucker rod diameter increase, and the heating elongation increases anti - impact stroke adjustment by experience. Erosion mathematical model distance adjustment was established, the calculation program compiled to scour the length was optimized through single point shooting method using VB6.0, calculating the erosion adjustment length distance. Practice has proved that the coaxial double hollow sucker rod was matched with the screw pump anticollision spacing with simple and accurate promotion, completely avoided the card pump phenomenon, and greatly improved the first operation success rate and production rate of screw pump well.
