摘　　要：饮用水是人类社会生存和发展的最基本的物质保障,直接关系到广大人民群众身体健康和生命安全,关系到正常的生产生活秩序,必须放在经济社会发展的首要位置.以小塔山水库为例,通过对小塔山水库水质变化的研究,探讨水土保持防治措施治理的成效,并提出对策.Drinking water,as a basic material guarantee to the survival and development of human society, is directly related to the majority of people’s health and life. To keep the normal order of production and life,drinking water must be placed in the most important position in economic and social development. This paper conducts a case study on the changes of water quality of Xiaotashan Reservoir,and discusses the effects of water and soil conservation. Suggestions based on the discussion are provided at last.
