摘　　要：生态清洁流域建设是流域治理的新模式,是生态文明建设的重要组成部分.针对生态清洁流域的发展现状,分析了其发展机遇,并从规划设计、资金投入、部门协作和验收评估等方面探讨其面临的挑战,提出促进生态清洁流域健康发展的对策和建议.Building eco-friendly small watersheds is a new way of watershed management and it plays an important role in the construction of ecological civilization. In this paper,we analyze the opportunities for the construction of eco-friendly small watersheds from its status quo and then look into the challenges in design,investment,department collaboration,assessment,etc. Finally,some suggestions are given for the healthy development of eco-friendly small watersheds.
