半夏泻心汤配合中药足浴治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察半夏泻心汤加减配合中药足浴治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。[方法]将68例慢性浅表性胃炎病人随机分为两组,治疗组予半夏泻心汤加减配合中药足浴治疗,对照组予单纯半夏泻心汤加减治疗,两组疗程均为15d,疗程结束后观察两组病人的临床疗效及不良反应。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率83.3%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏泻心汤配合中药足浴治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效优于对照组,且安全性好。Obj ective：To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Banxiax-iexin soup combined with Chinese medicine foot bath for treatment of pa-tients with chronic superficial gastritis.Methods：A total of 68 cases of pa-tients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group.Patients in treatment group received Banxi-axiexin soup combined with Chinese medicine foot bath treatment,patients in control group only received Banxiaxiexin soup treatment.The treatment course lasted for 1 5 days in both groups,then to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in patients in both groups after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 95.0% in treatment group and 83.3% in con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Con-clusion：The curative effect of Banxiaxiexin soup combined with Chinese medicine foot bath is better than that of control group for chronic superficial gastritis patients and the security is good.
