摘　　要：[目的]探讨心理护理干预对煤工尘肺合并肺心病病人的影响。[方法]选取40例煤工尘肺合并肺心病病人为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组与观察组各20例,对照组病人给予常规护理,观察组病人在常规治疗基础上给予心理护理,观察两组临床效果。[结果]对照组病人治疗总有效率为70.0%,观察组病人治疗总有效率为90.0%,观察组病人有效率明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对煤工尘肺合并肺心病病人进行心理护理干预能够有效改善病人心理状态,利于及时调整心态,收到较好的治疗效果。Obj ective：To probe into the effect of psychological nursing inter-vention on the patients with coal worker’s pneumoconiosis combined with pulmonary heart disease.Methods：A total of 40 cases of pneumoconiosis patients complicated with pulmonary heart disease were selected as the re-search obj ects and were randomly divided into control group and observa-tion group,20 cases in each.Patients in control group A were given the rou-tine care,patients in observation group were given psychological nursing on the basis of conventional therapy,then to observe the clinical effect in both groups.Results：The total effective rate was 70.0% in patients in control group,and 90.0% in observation group.The total effective rate in observa-tion group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status of CWP patients complicated with pulmonary heart disease,and it is conducive to the timely adj ustment of mentality,so as to receive better curative effect.
