摘  要:[目的]为了提高我系2012级本科护生对《社区护理学》的关注度,提高社区护理学的教学效果,探讨在校本科护生对社区护理的认知现状。[方法]在开课前对在校护理专业372名本科生就社区护理的认知现状进行问卷调查。[结果]220名学生认为医院护理与社区护理没有区别;216名学生表示毕业后不愿意从事社区护理工作。[结论]在校护理本科生对社区护理的认知存在很多不足,教师在授课时需采取积极有效的对策,通过各种教育途径和方法提高社区护理学的教学效果,增加学生在社区从事护理工作的就业率,减少护理专业人才的流失。Objective:To improve 2012 undergraduate nursing students' concerns on community nursing and improve the teaching effect,and probe into cognitive status quo of undergraduate nursing students in school on community care.Methods:Before the course begins,we carry out the questionnaire survey for the 372 undergraduate nursing students in school about their cognitive status of community nursing.Results:220 (62.32%)students thought that there was no difference between hospital care and community care;2 1 6 (6 1 .1 9%)students were not willing to en-gage in community nursing after graduation.Conclusion:Nursing under-graduates in school lack a lot of awareness of community nursing,and teachers must take positive and effective measures to enhance the teach-ing effectiveness of community nursing,increase the employment rate of students in community nursing by various ways and means and reduce the loss of nursing professionals.
