2005-2013年北京市门头沟区艾滋病疫情流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市门头沟区艾滋病流行病学特点,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对2005-2013年＂中国疾病预防控制信息系统＂中报告的门头沟区艾滋病病毒感染者（HIV）及艾滋病病人（AIDS）数据进行分析。结果 2005-2013年门头沟区累计接报HIV和AIDS共52例,其中AIDS病人15例,死亡4例。报告病例男女性别比为7.67∶1;年龄主要集中在20-45岁,占80.76%;以流动人口为多,占57.69%;职业以商业服务为主,占25%;传播途径主要是性传播,占84.62%,其中男男性接触传播占55.77%。结论门头沟区艾滋病疫情呈逐年上升趋势,性传播是主要传播途径。因此,广泛开展健康教育,尤其针对男男人群开展行为干预,是控制艾滋病传播的重要措施。Objective To understand epidemiological features of AIDS in Mentougou District of Beijing, from 2005 to 2013 and provide a scientific basis for the development of strategies for its prevention and control in future. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was adopted to analyze the HIV/AIDS data of Mentougou district in China information system for disease control and prevention report from 2005 to 2013. Results A total 52 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported from 2005 to 2013 in Mentougou district. Among them 15 cases were AIDS patien, and 4 cases died. The ratio of male to female was 7.67：1 ;Most of the cases were aged between 20 -45 years old that account for 80. 76% of all eases; 57.69% cases were migrants; The most frequently listed occupation was commercial service which accounted for 25%; the main route of transmission was sexual, accounted for 84. 62% , among them, male to male transmission accounted for 55.77%. Conclusion The HIV/AIDS epidemic in Mentougou district increased year by year, sexual transmission had become the main way. Therefore, to carry out extensive health edueation, especially behavior intervention for the male group is an important measure to control the spread of AIDS.
