改良外剥内套扎术联合注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗混合痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察改良外剥内套扎术联合注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法将98例混合痔患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组49例实施改良外剥内套扎术治疗,观察组49例在对照组基础上加用注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果两组的总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的肛缘水肿评分、出血评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的肛门坠胀评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良外剥内套扎术联合注射消痔灵硬化剂治疗混合痔治愈率高、效果满意、操作简单,患者见效快,创伤小、痛苦小、愈合快、术后并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe clinical effect of modified external strip and internal ligationin operation combined with injection of Xiaozhiling hardener in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 98 patients with mixed hemor-rhoid in accordance with the digital table method were randomly divided into two groups,modified external strip and in-ternal ligationin operation was used in control group（49 cases）,based on the control group,injection of Xiaozhiling hard-ener was used in observation group （49 cases）.The curative effect of two groups was compared. Results Total effective rate in two groups was compared,with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）.Pain score of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）,wound healing time of observation group was obviously shorter than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Anal edge edema and bleeding score of observation group was obviously lower than that of con-trol group respectively （P〈0.05）,while the anus belly score in two groups was compared,with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Effect of modified external strip and internal ligationin operation combined with injection of Xi-aozhiling hardener in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids is high and satisfied,it has advantage of simple operation, quick effect,patients with small trauma,less pain,quick healing,less postoperative complication,is worthy of clinical pro-motion and application.
