仰斜半截石位腔内泌尿技术治疗尿路多发性结石的临床效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的：探讨仰斜半截石位腔内泌尿技术治疗尿路多发性结石的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2012年10月~2013年10月本院门诊部收治的尿路多发性结石患者74例，将其随机分为研究组和对照组各37例，研究组给予仰斜半截石位下腔内泌尿技术治疗，对照组采用传统的体外震波碎石治疗，比较两组的手术时间、HCG值、碎石成功率、结石清除率及术后并发症发生率。结果研究组手术时间为（58.0±4.1）min，HCG值为（4.5±0.5）μg/L，术后碎石成功率为100.00%，术后结石清除率为94.59%；对照组手术时间为（69.0±4.5）min，HCG值为（6.8±1.2）μg/L，术后碎石成功率为86.48%，术后结石清除率为81.08%；两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组术后并发症发生率为8.11%，对照组术后并发症发生率为10.81%，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论仰斜半截石位腔内泌尿技术治疗尿路多发性结石的临床效果显著，且手术安全、高效，患者术中出血少，术后恢复快，具有较高的临床应用和推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of oblique half lithotomy position endourological tech-nique in the treatment of multiple stone. Methods 74 cases of patients with multiple stone treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,each group for 37 cases.The endourological technique of oblique half lithotomy position was given to the research group,and tradi-tional extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy was given to the control group.The operative time,blood HCG values,gravel success rate,stone clearance rate and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Re-sults The average operation time of the research group was （58.0±4.1） min,HCG value was （4.5±0.5） μg/L,the success rate of stone after operation was 100.00%,and the stone clearance rate after operation was 94.59%;that of the control group was （69.0±4.5） min,（6.8±1.2）μg/L,86.48%and 81.08%respectively,which had statistical difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complications after operation in the research group was 8.11%,and that in the control group was 10.81%,which had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Oblique half lithotomy position en-dourological technique treating patients with multiple stone not only has evident clinical effect,and is safe and efficient, but also make the patients recovery rapidly after operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
