硫辛酸联合加巴喷丁治疗痛性糖尿病神经病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨硫辛酸联合加巴喷丁治疗痛性糖尿病神经病变的效果。方法选取2013年1月~2014年1月本院收治的80例痛性糖尿病神经病变患者，随机分为A、B组，每组各40例，A组给予硫辛酸治疗，B组给予硫辛酸联合加巴喷丁治疗，经过4周治疗后，比较两组患者治疗前后临床表现、视觉模拟评分（VAS）及运动神经传导速度（MNCV）、感觉神经传导速度（SNCV）的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后疼痛均有一定程度缓解，A组患者的总有效率为80.0%，B组为92.5%，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组患者的VAS均下降，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组患者的MNCV及SNCV均改善，两组患者的SNCV差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），MNCV差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论硫辛酸联合加巴喷丁治疗痛性糖尿病神经病变的效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of lipoic acid combined with gabapentin for treatment diabetic painful neuropathy. Methods eighty patients with diabetic painful neuropathy treated in our hospital from January 2013 and January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,with fourty patients in each group.Group A was treated by lipoic acid while group B was treated by lipoic acid combined with gabapentin.After four weeks treat-ment,the changes of clinical manifestation,visual analogue scale （VAS）,motor nerve conduction velocity （MNCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity （SNCV） of two groups were compared. Results Two groups of patients after treatment were to a certain extent alleviate the pain,the effective rate in group B （92.5%） was significantly higher than that in group A （80.0%）,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The VAS in two group were all decreased,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The MNCV and SNCV of two groups patients were all improved,the SNCV difference of two groups had statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the MNCV difference of two groups had no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of lipoic acid com-bined with gabapentin for treatment diabetic painful neuropathy is remarkable.
