摘　　要：目的探讨眼科连台手术护理前馈风险控制的效果。方法通过对眼科连台手术的风险循证,排查出高危护理风险因素,并实施针对性前馈控制方案,于前馈控制实施前后6个月各随机抽取200例分别作为对照组和观察组,就两组护理风险隐患、风险事件、护理安全质量及医患满意度指标进行对比分析。结果观察组护理风险隐患发生率明显下降;护理安全质量和医患满意度评分显著提高,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论对眼科连台手术护理风险管理的前馈控制,能有效提高护理安全质量,降低护理风险,保障手术安全。Objective To investigate the effect of feed forward control in nursing risk management of successive ophthalmology operations.Methods High-risk factors in successive ophthalmology operations were found out based on evidence,and targeted feed forward control scheme was implemented.Then,before and after the implementation,200 cases were chosen randomly as the observation group and the control group respectively,and the nursing risks,risk events,the nursing safety scores,as well as doctors＇ and patients＇ satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared to the control group,the incidence rate of nursing risk was decreased and the nursing safety scores,doctors＇ and patients＇ satisfaction scores were improved in the observation group,with significant differences （P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusion The feed forward control in nursing risk management of successive ophthalmology operations can effectively improve the safety of nursing care,reduce the nursing risks,and guarantee the safety of operations.
