摘　　要：CTL-OP 110是IECEE-CTL会议的一个决议。介绍了CTL-OP 110的相关内容,包括测量设备、所需测量参数等,详细阐述了实验室用电源特征的测量程序,并给出了试验电源的通用技术要求,以更好地规范实验室试验用电。CTL-OP 110 is a proposal published at the IECEE-CTL meeting. This paper introduces the related content about CTL-OP 110, including measurement instruments, parameters, and etc. This article expounds the procedure for measuring laboratory power source characteristics, as well as the general requirements for the laboratory power source, which may lead to better regulation on it.
