摘  要:剪力墙作为框架剪力墙结构主要的抗侧力构件,在其上开设洞口,不仅会降低剪力墙自身抗侧能力,而且会对原有框架剪力墙结构的抗震性能产生影响。以一个15层钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙写字楼为例,对该写字楼的各层剪力墙进行开洞,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立该框剪结构开洞前与开洞后的有限元模型,分析当开洞率变化时,开洞剪力墙在多遇地震作用下的变形以及应力的变化情况。得出了剪力墙开洞后,在洞口的上角部应力集中严重,需在此部位采用粘贴斜向钢板或增设钢筋混凝土斜梁的方法进行加固补强。Shear wall as the main component to resist lateral force on the frame - shear wall structure, opening a hole on it will not only reduce the lateral resistance of the shear wall, but also have an influence on the structure seismic performance of the original frame shear wall. A 15 layer reinforced concrete frame shear wall with a office building, as an example, was opened holes on the layers of shear wall and framed shear structure by using ANSYS finite element software to establish the finite element model of open hole before and after the opening hole, and used to analyze the change of stress when opened hole rate change, opened hole deformation of shear walls under the ac- tion of more severe earthquake. It was concluded that the stress concentration on the shear wall after open hole Angle is serious, and it can be reinforced in this place by using the stickup oblique to the steel plate or adding reinforced concrete beam method.
